Nordaks Group was founded in Istanbul in 1991 as a small engineering office. Today it is a contracting group with site experience in 21 provinces across housing, hospitality, commercial buildings, infrastructure and urban renewal.
We hold to three principles in everything we build: keeping to programme, measurable quality and transparency. That is why we publish the progress of every ongoing project openly.

Founded in Istanbul as an engineering and design office.
- 1998
First mass-housing contract: 640 homes, Kocaeli.
- 2004
Infrastructure division founded; first bridges and structures.
- 2011
Entry into hospitality: first resort hotel, Muğla.
- 2016
Ankara and İzmir regional offices; transition to BIM.
- 2022
Mengen viaducts and Körfezpark delivered.
- 2024
Urban renewal unit and the first four-block project.
- 2026
Transparency centre: every site open to all.
