Process

Survey and take-off
Drawings are reviewed, quantities taken off and risks listed.

Tender and contract
Unit-rate or lump-sum offer submitted with a programme.

Mobilisation
Site set-up, crane layout and the H&S plan are put in place.

Construction and reporting
Weekly progress reports, monthly valuations and a site diary are shared.

Handover and warranty
Unit-by-unit handover checklist, followed by a warranty team.
