Selviköy Resort Hotel
A 420-room resort on the Bodrum peninsula, its terraced blocks stepping with the slope.
Placing the blocks along the natural slope roughly halved excavation; the excavated stone was reused as cladding.
The hotel was handed over six weeks before the season opening, with three weeks of joint commissioning with the operator.
