Ilıca Thermal Hotel
A 260-room thermal hotel on seismic isolators, 300 m from the sea in Çeşme.
The building rests on 148 lead-rubber isolators. The isolation level has 1.8 m clear height for inspection and maintenance.
The thermal water loop was designed with heat-recovery exchangers to cover a large share of hot-water demand. Interior fit-out follows the operator’s brand standards.
