
Eskişehir Road Mixed-Use Towers
Two 42-storey towers on Ankara’s western axis: offices below, homes above, twin cores per tower.
The towers rise with a self-climbing system: cores lead and slabs follow three floors behind, giving an average cycle of six working days per floor.
The envelope is a unitised curtain wall; panels are factory-made and set by monorail without cranes. Four tower cranes and two hoists operate on site at the same time.

Tower A core reaches level 31
The climbing form was raised to level 31. Crane operations paused for two hours in the afternoon as wind exceeded 50 km/h.

Formwork and shoring for the 2.4 m deep transfer beam between office and residential floors is complete and was inspected by the structural engineer.

The first 120 façade panels arrived and installation began on levels 5–12. Each panel is numbered and logged on delivery.

Liquid-applied waterproofing and protective screed were completed on the car-park roof below the central plaza.

A fourth crane with a 60 m jib was erected on Tower B’s east side; load testing and operator induction were completed.
